 Clients come in and sit down. They talk. I listen. I care. That’s when they begin to be at ease, and know that they are in good hands.
Marie came in. She described her sinus headache, the kind that settles in the back of the neck. As I gave her a specific neck and shoulder massage, I could sense that this pain was blocked energy. We spent the last 15 minutes of her session using Donna Eden Energy Medicine techniques to open the flow of energy again resulting in pain relief and release of tension.
I am passionate about seeing improvements in people’s health. The mission of EnerbodyBalance is to assist and empower individuals in feeling optimally balanced and whole through bodywork and energy medicine.

Who I Am
 During my long teaching career in the inner city schools I cultivated a deep desire to assist people in becoming empowered to be at their optimum. Then I was guided to do more. I attended Massage Therapy school, where I learned about such varied modalities as Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, and Pregnancy Massage, and I became licensed (Texas LMT 105805). I became NCBTMB [National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork] certified in early 2009.. I am also a Certified Reiki Master and I am a certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner.
My husband and I feel that the principles of unity and oneness are the cornerstone of our relationships with others. We enjoy our pets, walks, travel, and healthy food.
